My Story

I'm a 20 year old from the Gold Coast, Queensland, and I've spent most of my life thinking about how to genuinely help people.

In 2024 I left home to serve a two year mission in Japan. It was the most formative experience of my life — learning a new language, immersing in a completely different culture, and pouring everything I had into serving others every single day. It changed how I see the world and what I want to do in it.

When I came home earlier this year I knew I wanted to build something meaningful. Not just a business — something that actually made a difference in people's lives.

I kept seeing the women around me running on empty. Exhausted, overwhelmed, not sleeping, carrying more than anyone should have to. And I kept noticing that the supplements marketed to them were full of fillers, cheap ingredients, and empty promises.

So I built Nutrienest. Clean formulas, honest ingredients, no noise. Products I would genuinely recommend to my own mum — and have.

This isn't about selling supplements. It's about helping women feel like themselves again. Calmer, clearer, more rested. That's the whole mission.
